The Grateful Story
Our names are Zak and Nour and we are the founders of Grateful Property Maintenance. Our business provides home repairs, renovations and maintenance services, as well as a full-range of home appliance repair services.
We were born and raised in Syria where we both owned and operated successful property building and maintenance businesses. In 2012, due to political unrest and wars, we went to Jordan as refugees until we came to Chilliwack, Canada in January 2016. We decided to give our business its name because we are very grateful that the nation of Canada and the community of Chilliwack have taken us in and embraced us. We are determined to return the kindness we have been shown through offering the best service we possibly can.
Our Background
As professional trained technicians in Syria, we have 20 years experience handling all aspects of home property maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, concrete work, swimming pool builds, and essentially anything related to maintaining and improving the value of a home, including repairing home appliances.
In Canada, our skills will be used on a smaller scale as we build our business. We are experienced and skilled Handymen able to build or repair almost anything related to your home.
